Math and Science Study Alone Will Not Make Students More Competitive

If I had to do it all over again, I would concentrat­e on the liberal arts. I excelled at maths and science in high school because being a doctor or an engineer were the profession­s that made parents proud as punch. Unfortunat­ely, that did not work out that way for me. Nonetheles­s, I learnt the folly of this thinking in business school when the liberal arts students ran rings around the number crunching students - inductive reasoning trumped deductive reasoning.
